Award Winning UX Concept for Navigate 360’s Marketing Website

This project explains my concept to enhance the UX of our marketing website for potential customers.
My design team was assigned a UX challenge project by our Director of UX. We were given free reign to come up with a design idea for a UX problem unrelated to our assigned work, but related to the company’s products.
At the end of the deadline, we were to present our projects to the product team, who would then vote for their favorite projects for different categories.
This project explains my idea to provide a better UX for a potential buyer of
our products.
Role: UX/UI Designer
Tools: Figma
Team: Myself with feedback from my teammates
Timeline: Two months

You can start to get a sense of what Navigate360 has to offer by exploring our Solutions or Bundles.

You can see a handful of screenshots directly related to the product.

And that’s pretty much it.
You are prompted with the CTA “Get Started” everywhere, and then directed to fill out a form so Navigate360 can reach out to you and begin the sales funnel.
The fact the potential customer sees very little before having to talk with a sales person leaves them frustrated.
This could cause them to defect and not come back.

The notifications kept coming in and were very #nsfw. I then realized they were part of Muzzles website!
Then I learned more about what Muzzle actually was, and thought their idea to incorporate into their website the reason WHY you need Muzzle on your computer in the first place, was brilliant.

1. Incorporate the Muzzle notification idea with a notification related to the products.
2. Allow the potential customer to see MORE of the product before having to schedule a demo.
-A notification is a delightfully unexpected experience.
-Allowing potential buyers explore the product before scheduling a demo reduces the hesitation of speaking with a salesperson.
They’re more comfortable with the product and won’t feel rushed into the sales funnel.
Potential buyers will see an example of an actual notification they could receive from our products.

They’re taken out of the marketing website into another tab to
a screen with a modal with an explanation.

From there, the customer is brought to the relevant product page, with parts blurred to protect the UI. They can explore the experience by clicking numbered hotspots that explain each feature’s value.

At any point, they can click on the modal at the bottom of the demo screen
to be taken to the product page within the marketing website.
The notification and demo page ideas each bring value to the user experience.
